Shipping policy

We do our best to ship all orders within 48 hours, unless the item has been noted as a pre-order item. However, please note that as working handlers, there may be occasions when processing takes a little longer. In those cases, orders may take 3–7 business days to ship. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we’ll always do our best to get your gear out to you as quickly as possible.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Please note that shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays that are outside of our control. While we’ll do everything we can to assist, we are not responsible for carrier delays.
